I think Ramesh N is correct ............. my thought about UTKHPL : may be small and big invester is not calculated by separately... my calculation is.... about 165000*43 kitta = 7095000, remaining kitta 11204520 over subscribed by amount (17830000000-709500000) of 17120500000 i.e. 171205000 kitta.......... divided by equal segmentation i.e. 111204520/171205000 = 0.065, ............. 500 kitta get (457*0.065+43) = 30+43=73 kitta and 5000 kitta get (4957*0.065+43)=322+43=365 kitta.

PLEASE CORRECT ME, IF I AM WRONG.
IN MY CALCULATION,
TOTAL NUMBER OF APPLICANT = 164994
TOTAL NUMBER OF KITTAS = 1820000000
IF U DO SIMPLE CALCUTION, EACH APPLICANT WILL GET ( IF FORGET THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM KITTAS APPLIED)
= 1820000000/164994
= 1103KITTAS

I applied for 100 kitta only. The only reason was that even if I buy the maximum limit of 5000, the chances of one getting is only 80 kitta the most. Then why should I put on hold unnecessarily my surplus money which I can invest in other sectors.
