However I have heard that MEGA and Janata bank will merged. It was heard long ago.

Sameer ji and relate 277 both right in own perspective. a month ago I went to my broker, and asked my queries about tdbl's merger to the broker. He called own of the staff of the bank right there. That time he said my broker that merger was very close with Biratlaxmi.. so they are seeking merger for sure with a good institution thats for sure. As fundamentals of TDBL is very good, personally I am buying more of TDBL whether it opts merger right now or not. Thanks for your views anyway. CHeers !! at least Nepse should go up.

Also, sameer jee as per ur info TDBL is not going for any meger right now. But as per mine, TDBL is actually looking for meger with better than them company at the earliest possible, cuz they want to grow big within this FY as far as possible. As such, they are in merger talk with 2-3 companies including development and commercial bank as well. I couldn't know the companies though, with whom they are in merger talk with.

Sameer jee. I placed an order for 1000 num. of TDBL. I didn't got any. There's something going on with TDBL that's for sure, if no merger with MEGA as u have said so or may be merger with mega is on, as said by wolf or samyak jee, who knows what's the vitamin added? Hope the rumour spreads soon, whatever it is.

Now......merge news is coming i think....today 10% increase....soon Rs.300 ......with reputed commercial bank.......
