Are we still waiting for the constitution to fuel the share market??? Do we really believe our top political leaders to formulate the constitution in the stipulated time?? A big question to self?? I don't think so. Constitution does matter a lot for the country and the people living in it, but does it really make sense for being a prime reason that lead to the current market scenario.
What I believe is, the big investors are making their way to earn more from share market this fiscal year. Share market will definitely reach all time high in this fiscal year.
NEPSE was all set to reach the all time high, and there wasn't any doubt to any one that it is going to pass through. But what happens then?? Rumors, rumors, rumors, and more rumors, to drag back NEPSE. And all those rumors did not actually come true...haha. Who are the ones that spread these rumors....of course the big investors who sold off there shares since NEPSE reaches 1050 and then started spreading rumors to drag back NEPSE. And, brokers are the ones to join hand with them. After all we depend on the information they supply to us, right! And now that they have succeeded to do so, I see them purchasing the shares every day at low prices cuz the market situation says bargaining power of buyer is higher. Why? Small investors are in panic and they do not have appetite to hold much long. After, they will have got hold of considerable amount of shares, we are sure to witness the rise in NEPSE until it reaches its new height. And, we will not get to purchase the numbers that we have placed, cuz brokers won't allow us to do so and its not in our hand.
Some points::
Share loans have come down to minimum level now. Who will benefit? The ones who have sold off there shares since 4 months back and are purchasing now.
Financial Market scenario:: All positive.
Political Status:: Status quo. Not at all negative as it has been interpreted. Do we really think there has been negative change in political scenario? I say it is stable. cuz back then these parties were racing (not struggling) for ministership and today as well they are doing the same. Back then there was no constitution and today as well.

It's all about shaping the expectation and making the investors to perceive as if they actually want to, but in fact that's not there own and that did not really mattered.

Be wise, act wise.
Listen to all, do your own.

I think there will be constitution within the next six months and the constitution will come through voting as you cannot have constitution through 100% consensus. :D
