NMB price is 507/1.2 so it is 422, therefore, may be 1:.8 or something like that.

No BABA Ji, there is much more difference in the price of both the banks ie NMB closed @507 where CEDBL@273. campare yourself

dont regret too much u never know. there are much chances that even after signing MOU the merger may also cancel.
moreover there was not much difference in price of both the banks |

And now, rumors confirmed to the merger, but you can't buy CEDBL from today. Didn't we miss a great opportunity?

I think possible to merger with others rather than NMB because NMB has not completed the merger process with Pathibhara and Bhrikuti so...................... do not loos your emotion.

There is no news we can confirm for the merger. But past two days' transaction indicate towards this thread.
