Minimum and maximum amount(Kitta) will be announce in 'Aawahan Patra' . If we invest more than one million we should have PAN Number.

I am planing to invest 3 Million from my property from IPO of Upper tamakoshi hydropower which will be issued in near future.So Sir Do have any idea about how much from one individual can be applied maximum in kitta. Do u have also forecast the percent they will grant for big investor.
