Bimalman sir,pls give us idea in this regard.

Hello to this forum of Knowledge, opportunity and experience , I am a new investor who has been disappointed with this transfer procedure of our stock exchange.

I saved a lot of money and bought some shares of SBL hoping to learn from the market for a long term investment and sent all my shares to transfer. How ever its been more than 4 months I have not received my certificates or any sign of conformation from my broker regarding the transfers.

This is a serious matter. As brokers share no sense of responsibility regarding our transfers procedures or certificates.

Please is there anywhere to complain for this kind of reckless behavior and attitude of the brokers?

All my fellow investors who share this problem, pleasewrite your experience in this forum started by kono5 ji.

It is regular process more 2 months

It has been 9 months .Broker is always saying next week next week .Pls share where to complain.

this is a big problem.nepse should immediately look into this matter.

Yeah it is normal I got almost after 3months, However it also depends on the co. I got AIC certificate in 1 month

Generally on how many days one will get certificate of share that was bought from secondary market? It has now becoming nearly two months that I have signed the document of buying share,I did not get the certificate till this date,is it normal to all or? please kindly respond to me problem.
