This is Nepal n anything could happen in this country coz there is no difference between Nabil P. n Nabil ordinary share but i cant understand it....pls expert suggest us whats the difference. But another shares it is different to buy n selling process. Pls correct me if i m wrong...

When company give dividend/bonus share every year, is promoter share investor also gets equal dividend + bonus share like other regular share investor? If yes why that much different price in secondary market between regular share price and promoter share price? Example: Naibil bank
