just name is Khetan... but kam is Shetayan..... still this companies share price is above Rs. 1000. don't understand how .... just because of 9 crore profit.. what about helding AGM on time?

Arun Valley has already decided to held its AGM for the f/y 2070-071 But Prime Life In. has not held its AGM of the f/y 2069-070. This is not a government company like Rastriya Beem, Nepal Bank & so on than why do these companies not afraid of public shareholders ?
