Floating shares to public is not an easy and quick thing to do.....it takes time...
First icra has to rate the company
Second sebon has to give the approval
Third shares are floated....
Even if you talk about the exact date of the offer letter then it is advertised normally 7- 15 days earlier then the application date....
So, it is already 5th of shrawan and do u still think shares will be floated within shrawan.....
I dont think so...because there is not enough time.....
Ipo is sure but might take some time.....maybe few months.....
First of all lets wait for the icra's rating....

I have got this information from the reliable source only. If not 3rd then it is confirmed that it will float within this month.

And the issue manager for this is NCM Merchant only.

I also think kheladi Ji has wrong information about Sanimai Hydro Power IPO starts from third week of Shrawan.
