Please go to the issue manager requesting for correction. Carry your ID or of the concerned applicant's valid ID while going there for correction. If you are going there on somebody else's behalf also carry a request letter signed by the person concerned. Do make a telephone call to the issue manager if they have some more formalities, before going there.

In my Mega bank refund cheque there is a mistake of my bank account number. What can i do to get it right and get my refund. Please suggest who knows about this.
