I think Sooner both Ace and Himalayan will declare the merger

k ho... ??? hami lai ta pendulam banayo ta ... thula laganikarta le...!!! i sold ACE @231 that last day when ACE first sent letter to NEPSE, regarding no any decision made !!! rumor sucks...

Ani Crisna Ji, this merger propaganda last few days ma ali badi nai news, online forum ma chali rakha ko thyo.

All the transaction of ace of this day should be cancelled.

And I postponed my decision after seeing 10000, 11000 shares transaction at a time of ace.

Acedbl le haina vanera chadai inform garyo... thats fine... HBL le pani tomm sammama inform garla.... HBL le k po chhado inform garla ra... usaiko CEO Maro vane pani ek hapta pachhi matra authorise news aauala yesko.....ani yo Nepsele nabhayeko news lekhne website lai karbai garna sakdaina ra? Oh my god !!!!! Small investors be aware !!!

I dont believe this news...... merge ko just halla matra ho......... yedi merge nai vaye pani swap ratio 100:25 vanda badi hudaina...... In my openion this is fraud news bcaz:
1) ACE ko increase its ok but why the price of HBL not decreasing??? Normally teti karobar nahune HBL ko share aaja dherai nai karobar tyo pani badera vayeko chaa...

2) Sharesansar ko news BIHAN thiyo ahile chaina, yesma thula laganikarta ko k hi chalkhel chha jasto lagyo jasle sharesansar ko website pani kabja garna sakchaaa

3) Nirmal pradhan jasta thulthula laganikarta ko transaction broker no. 56 & 49 bata hunchha...... same broker bata aajha ACEDBL sell chha dherai.... vanepachhi bhujhihalnuhos...... NBL pani aaja dherai sell chha 56 bata sochhihalnuhos..... aba ghatchha jasto lagchha malai chahi....


anyway, I m a small investor..... aajha dekhi acedbl holder hune lai naramro lagema sorry............ fact news chhadai aaula.... NEPSE le HBL & ACEDBL dubailai aaja Ispastikaran maghisakeko chha.... J bhayepani reality chadai flash hos....

If this is true, HBL ko price ghatnu parne haina ra? aaja ta badheko cha ta???/

Those who own ace has been selling their shares in 10000 unit, and some one is buying.... Shree5 ji....

If the deal is real then ace should be trading at well above 600....

Who could be the fools- buyer or sellers,,, we shall know in a few days or in weeks....

There sure are players playing. Small investors get scared hearing about merger then big investor pluck plum stock like HBL cheap.

Would himalayan give ace 66%? I dont believe. Could this be, there are criminals involved in ace and himalayan who are trying to increase the price of ace to 700 and sell it and tell sheep public that the mercer/acquisition has been cancelled due to the disagreement on swap ratio.

I have 400+ of himalayan, should i sell it or sign and vote against the deal.....

Is this why there were some individuals kept on buying ace since it was above 150 and today its price is well above 300 (which looked like a joke till this news).... there is a game being played here.
