Yes, this has been heard that the said bank has motive to be a commercial bank by merger process, its senior staffs are from commercial banks and its promoter are in mood to turn the bank into commercial. though, i suggest do not based on this informal fact only for trading its stock.

This Bank has highly prestigious promoters but reporting loss because of huge provisioning it had to allocate for real state loan. It has been trying to Merge but being not sucessful because it wants shares to be merged swapped at good ratio and take out provisioning as losses and treat its 60 million gain as profit. Bank will try to reduce huge realestate loan and provisiong in this quarter and Merge with Janata or Commerz and trust.
