when Sanima Mai Hydro, Upper Tamakoshi Hydro are going to issue IPOs?

Sanima Mai will open to general public soon (20% i.e. 21,10,000 shares) and have already allocated to the locals (10% i.e. 10,55,000 shares) .

But these hydro share we can not apply, this only for affected area people, not for all, U know when will be open upper tamakoshi IPO?
