right roverwinji and within a year it's staff will retire and it will save around 150 crore just staff expenses it is spending around 225 crore on staff while other banks are just spending 10-20 crore.......if they can VRS ( voluntary retirement plan) possible. NBL can increase their profit by more than 200 crores.
