Instead of making plea for loan with different countries, why doesn't the Govt think or believe that own citizens can invest as much as needed in Hydro sector without any penny of interest. So what is the point of paying interest to someone else unless and until it is available as free of interest. Only the citizens need an assurance of the guarantee their investment, just let the people invest as much as they are capable higher to lower or make some limit for huge investors so that each and everyone could invest. Or apparently the govt. longs to get investment as loan where there could be some point or margin to move.
