For you the perfect safe share with higher possible return would be Himalayan Bank.

Dear Investors,
In the long term perspective one must go after ADBL, NBL, NTC, Nabil P, LICN, SHPC I have given a lot of thought before writing down the names of the companies in my list. 1. ADBL, NBL has huge assets back up and moreover both the companies are on verge of getting rid of the government domination. Both the companies price are at the minimal level compare to other commercial banks in terms of their growth aspect No risk of promoter share conversion like NIBL, HBL, and many others. One of the highest profit growth among all the commercial banks. Foreign assistance will always be there unlike in other banks. Huge client base and opportunities unlike other banks. 2. Nabil P Blue chip company since last 20 years. Good dividend record. EPS and P/E ratio both are astounding. Best management and BoD. Largest deposit and lending. Market leader. 3. LICN Another booming sector after banking. LIC India 55% holding and 25% of Vishal group. Market leader in the Insurance Sector. Foreign management and good profit growth. One of the largest Insurance fund and products. 4. NTC Very very safe investment. Better return than bank deposits. Booming sector. Huge asset back up and market dominance. Largest client base and huge market opportunity. Good chances of foreign strategic partnership. 5. SHPC Another booming sector of Nepal. NRN investment and expert management. Many projects in the pipeline. Favorite of retail and wholesale investors since its inception. Lower rate and huge prospect. Smart Always, Smart Investor ![]() ![]() ![]() |

thank you Swastik Capital Ji, Optimistic Ji, Jai Hos Ji and my friend ji,
About CHCL; Bimalman ji Recommended 10% Jayhos for 20% Jag for 15% Optimistic for 100% total 145%/4=36.25% so, considering Jay Hos's caution " don't put all the eggs in a basket" ...I think between 30 to 40% is all right to put in CHCL basket! what the experts says? |

Dear Rocket ji, if U want to fly as rocket go for Chilime, Note my calculation, after 5yrs your portfolio grows minimum 5times....
5yr planning (for 840kitta CHCL @ 2380= 19,99,200) for 2071 CHCL 30% Bonus 10% Cash = 252kitta bonus (CHCL 840+252=1092kitta) for 2072 CHCL 25% Bonus 10% Cash = 273kitta bonus (CHCL 1092+273=1365kitta) for 2073 CHCL 20% Bonus 10% Cash = 273kitta bonus (CHCL 1365+273=1638kitta) for 2074 CHCL 15% Bonus 10% Cash = 246kitta bonus (CHCL 1638+246=1884kitta) for 2075 CHCL 10% Bonus 10% Cash = 188kitta bonus (CHCL 1884+188=2072kitta) after 2075 CHCL market rate will be above Rs 5000, i.e, 2072kitta*5000=10360000 (10% cash dividend for your household expenses, not included in total amount) |

Dear Rocket ji,
Yes, you would get 40% of 140 shares next year. That is not the problem. What will be a problem is when you want to reallocate the portfolio. If the company you are holding provide sub-par returns compared to other companies, you will not be able to sell it and buy another since you are not here. dear experts, thanking you all,
i am deeply taking all of your valuable comments. please make me clear in; for example, if I had 100kitta of Nabil last year....and Nabil provided 40% Bonus Share..that 40kitta (bonus share) doesnt count automatically for next year dividend if I dont collect it? like if Nabil issue another 40% in coming year; shall I get 40% of 140kitta or still 40% of 100kitta in the case of I am not collecting previous year bonus share...similarly for cash dividend. thank you! |

Swastik Capital G That is right, if those company issue right share than that is right that he misses it but if we talk about cash dividend this minor cash doesn't make huge different being stayed idle it is my personal opinion never mind guys,

Dear Jai Hos ji,
Paincha. But I think what Bimalman ji was saying is that it is the missed opportunity cost if your shares and cash is staying idle at Share Registrar. Those could be reinvested for better returns. Every cent counts. Swastik Capital https://www.facebook.com/SwastikCapital |

Dear rocket,
