u r right gajaraj jee.i have been trying the same thing in my older post"central bank policy over mfi".big investors r pulling the price down to grab the share.central bank is never against the policy to increase the paid up capital by distributing bonus shares.

As known from the NRB sources, micro finance companies are likely to be restricted to distribute CASH DIVIDEND within 35% per year; however, there will be no restriction for providing bonus share. But, negative rumor is made widespread in such a way that the big investors could pile up the shares at decreased price.
