And regarding its trading date it won't be earlier than 9th shrawan 2070(last date for the collection of new shares of earlier BOAN) I guess. All (Both NIC and BOAN shareholders)should get the equal chance to liquidate the shares when it starts trading hoina ra? i think mgmt. of NIC Asia keeps this fact into consideration!!!

It wont be less than 2*228=456. Probably NIC Asia starts with d price level of around Rs. 500.

I think they will replace the old BOAN certificates with new ones and keep the old NICB certificate as is.

From today both company are formally merged and joint transaction will begin. It dosen't mean that NIC Asia will start trading from today. It will take. Nee d to distribute new certificate. I think atleast we need to wait 1 more months for trading.

I don't think fr 2day NICAB trading will start in share market they should get clearance letter fr SEBON.

After merger NICAB will be activated from today, will they replace both old Share certificate in new one or only BOAN certificate will be changed?
i.e. After merger GBL certificate remain same only IME & LBFIL certifate converted into GBIME.....
