Earning per share (EPS) means total earning earned by each share in annual base. for eg. if nabil bank earned 2,200,000,000 upto 4qtr and its equity share is 30471680. then its earning per share annually is 2200000000/30471680=72.19 which refers nabil bank whose paid up value per share 100 earns,rs.72.19 in a year. ie. 72.19% per year you can find all financial terms and defn in http://www.investopedia.com/

eps is calculated by dividing net profit( after converting to annual) by no of equity shares. price earning ratio is calculated by dividing current market price by eps. ( note: internationally PE ratio is considered to be 10-15 is the best. if more than 15 it is considered to be overvalued and if less than 10 it is considered to be lack of confidence in the company.) Net worth per share is calculated by (paid up capital + reserves)/ no of equity shares https://www.google.com.np/search?q=net+worth+per+share+investopedia&oq=net+worth+per+s&aqs=chrome.4.69i57j0l5.14000j0j4&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=0&ie=UTF-8
