Sagarmatha is best insurance. It seems they are going to amend declared dividend with more bonus share.

Freeman jee, what I believe is there is inconsistency in dividend if we compare between two years and also SIC could have given more dividend. This may be to keep the remaining in reserve so that they can use it for further growth and also to maintain the consistency of the dividend in coming years too......

Sorry if I guided anyone in a wrong way.
I talked about 4th quarter eps of last fiscal year. Please have a look. http://sharesansar.com/sadmin/uploadnews/742tngjgq77b3pn57.jpg You are also right on 2nd quarter's eps http://sharesansar.com/sadmin/uploadnews/eu1pkwqb8pngyvup8.jpg And script ji is also very right on annualised eps. We all are right on our own way but the perception differs, and this is how market is dynamic. My valuation might differs to others , so do others. I don't think to judge a company based on one quarter reports or one year reports only. Rather we should be two and fro. As script ji said, annualised eps would be more benefical to judge ELSE one can use trailing EPS. SIC is very good company with good reserve and higher potential for growth company in Non Life sectors. last year it has provided 29.63% cash and 100% bonus share which itself is proof that its not an ordinary script. This year it has annouced 42.1% dividend, including 20% bonus share which is due for book close date. Only what I am trying to say is that It could have given more dividends then it has announced this time. However, it will be put in Retained Earning which ultimately yield better results in coming year too. Good luck. FREEMAN. |

Sagarmatha Insurance has not announce book close date yet but it ought to come soon.
Sagarmatha is best insurance in Non-Life Category. As of 4th quarter report last year, its EPS stands at 68.85 which is pretty good. Taking its current price, its PE stands at 19 which is still a good buy. Its always a perfect choice to start with good company like SIC whose financial health is very strong, expected dividend are very good and future is bright. Who knows, SIC might start to trade at 1800+ soon. Good Luck. |
