Vibor Bikas Bank is in merge process with Kist bank limited.
Earlier Vibor is already merged with Bhajuratna Finance and Saving Limited.
Jyoti group has invested good amount in the newly merged bank.
Probably it will take another 2-3 months for this company to finish the merge process and get listed in the NEPSE.

at least for 2yrs vibor cant give anything nd it is going to be merged with kist bank.sunrise is o.k.
