@ramri keti, according to todays Rumor" merger between BOK and ILFC", ILFC investor will be benifitted if so can we buy ILFC share form secondarymarket then? will it be profitable?

SEE sharesansar news. Now its confirm that BOK and ILFC is merging. I also heard that ILFC shareholders will get around 35-40%.

BOK in merger? with whom? Have they also mentioned the institution name or just kept as main agenda of merger?

ILFC, Laxmi, Kumari....Hope it will get hook with EBL or NIBL instead.

BOK with LAXMI BANK ? is this true

I heard from a person who has access to BOK board that BOK, Laxmi bank and ILFC will merge. They are also exploring to merge with KBL to make a BIG new bank. But, I am not sure.

if this is the case then jakpot for ILFC investors.

Friends BOK is going to conduct is Special General Meeting with merger as main agenda. I think now the rumours of ILFC getting merger with BOK is confirmed.
