Generally broker commission 1% tirerako hunthy maile but sometimes it's less than 1% . Can somebody tell me if the commission varies from amount to amount or not??

Firstly welcome to you Rajendra ji.
If you buy stocks in the secondary market then definitely you have to pay a certain commission to the broker. The broking commission of any broker is fixed by the Sebon ( the regulatory body of the stock market of Nepal)
You will just have to place a buy order or sell order via broker and accordingly you will get the bill.
There are more than 45 authorised brokers in Nepal yet. You can visit any or call them to know more about trading.
I would refer you to visit 13 number broking company.
