NRB has taken control over the management of the bank. Paid up capital of the bank is currently Rs.1470 million, which further needs to be increased by Rs.530 million to make it Rs.2 billion as directed by NRB. As NRB itself is now at the helm, it is most likely to distribute bonus share to the extent possible; or merger with another FI could be an another option, which is not on the way immediately. And, downsizing the NPA of the bank would further strengthen its financial figures. In this scenario, I recommend you continue holding the share of NCC.
