If you are getting commercial bank's share at cheap rate.Why do you want to buy another share?

Better not to invest in 'C' categories companies. Though there is less risk but return wise it's not good. Your money will be blocked for long time.

Please look for commercial banks like CBL, JBNL, Commez, etc than this.

This is all my personal advice. Final decision is all up to you.

It is good or bad please post your expert investors though.
