Only 3 non-life insurance got licenced. It will take 2-3 yrs before they come to operationa and issue IPO.
So, none to negligible effect on non-life due to new companies. ![]() |

I did not mean, no to investment in those sector, just caution.
Hydro- BPC will he handling back their project to govt, as per media, so this may effect other companies plus media has been very negative towards hydro lately. Micro- Interest rate crisis has hit micros the most and media has always been anti micro. Insurance- New insurance looks to effect older ones Balance sheet, and new ones are issuing IPOs, They have shown more profit than premium they have taken . After IPOs, in the past, handful insurance used to be bad, after new IPOs will be listed, a lot of insurance will be bad, so what should be their price. today even good BFIs price is around 200. So new insurance could hit older ones both business wise as well as share price wise. |

if you just starting out and it is your first secondary investment then blindly buy nibpo and nabilp. But dont pour all your money at once.

There are many good shares. Choose good from all sector. Focus more on BFIs and less from hydro, insurances and micro at this time.
