CRN refers to C-ASBA registration number.

CRN bhaney ko customer ID hoina ra?

I tried for it at Global Bank Kupundol a month ago. But they were unaware about it. After I explained them what it is, they made some calls and replied that only head office is providing it. I don't know why all the banks are delaying it. They are not seeing the importance and future of C-ASWA as well as time that can be saved for allotment process.

Went to NIBL, Chabahil Branch for getting C-Ashwa Registration No, they say they were unaware about what CRN is. After that I made a call to another branches of NIBL too. Nobody knew what CRN stands for. Made call in NABIL, they too didnt know what CRN actually was. Finally made call in NMB Bank. Answer that I got from there was more amazing. They said they are using more advance system than C-Ashwa as their online application dont require access to internet while C-Ashwa requires. So they were not providing CRN to customers. However if required they can contact their subsidised Capital and get CRN for me which requires at least a week time frame. Finally went to Global Bank and got CRN.
All three banks I mentioned above have enrolled themselves in C-Ashwa and all of them have excuses for not giving CRN. Why is this happening ????
