Its too simple. If 30% right is announced , you get 30 share for every 100 share. simply calculate
[(right percentage/100)*existing no. of share] In your case you can fill 30 right share. somewhat complex is right share adjustment; i.e what will be the new price after book close of right share. adjusted price = [last trade price +(price of each right share*right percentage)] / (1+ right percentage) |

Hi All,
How do we calculate right share issue in Nepal? Since i am new to share market and have no idea. For example if i am having 100 existing share in SBI bank. Now bank is issuing 30% right share,what will be my eligibility? Experience people answer will be helpful to me. Thank You Santosh |
