Development Banks and Insurance's price more than halfed during NEPSE crash,

Last few days, Insurance price has hit 2/3 circuits but Dev. banks price has not increased much.

Is not it due for Dev banks price to hit 5/7 circuits? There are far less dev banks now. So not much share. And growth is huge.
