20% to 25% sammma dincha hola, currently NICA share is overvalued..

1. As we all are known that NICA does not compulsion to provide bonus because of its sufficient capital adequacy.
2. Another- BPCL & NIC are branded for 25% dividend.
3. I have posted the answer of Mr. Sashin Joshi, CEO of NICA below please read. He has cleared that the bank will not distribute its reserve at all. It means- bank wishes to distribute its profit only to its shareholders. If we do not believe even the clear statement of CEO and expect more bonus by reserve- our expectation may be wrong.

700 is better price.

I think its wise at 700 levels.

The dividend will be announced somewhere near to December after their AGM.

Will it be a wise decision to buy NIC Asia now? Will its rise or not, when its dividend come plz suggest me.
