The govt. talking about letting promoters sell their share after 7 year from 10 year till date, after changing the rule, not converting promoter share into general share. (Lock up period from 10 yr down to 7 year.)
My view, promoter share should be converted into general share, 5% every year and let general share holder have right to become chairman of the company.
