Nbb is not going for merger, it is going to issue at least 55% right shares. One of the big invested from Bangladesh is interested to increase its holding. So it is good to go for nbb not for nmb.

i go for nmb, its news and upcoming dividend should be better than NBB, unless nbb decide to increase its capital
by themselves by issuing right share.

is there any good news in nmb except 20 % bonus. dear sarbasadharan sir and other experts .I m also planning to buy it.

ofcourse NMB. there is a big chance to hear good news about it. sure shot 20% this FY. NBB is in deliema as to whether go for Merge so you fridge your money for atleast 6 mth. lets dont go to deliema and grab NMB as much as you can.

NBB Good consistent growth but hasn't merged with anyone yet.
NMB Came out from mega merger so probably huge growth in business due to accumulated business of all the banks and capable of providing good return next year.

Price of both are identical in secondary market .. so which one to choose?
