I will pay him back rs 1,00,000 after fpo allotment/refund whatever the time is but intetest is 3,000. whatever the time of refund either 15/30/45/60/90 days or more I will pay Rs 3000 fix .

If your loan is 18% apr , then yes you can get profit. But that 18% apr still high interest rate dont you think so? If its a bank /finance loan then dont do it ,but if its your friend then yes . 18% APR very high ,12% is understandable. Dont use all the loan money into one shot ,make it spread or diversify . Safety comes first. so dont invest all in fpo . good luck . My prediciton is 15%-35% maximum Avg(20%)profit book but that is all depends on allotment and sentiment of investor.

Arbinshakya ji, How much to invest in FPO of Nepal Investment Bank? http://www.sharesansar.com/how-much-to-invest-in-fpo-of-nepal-investment-bank/this might help you to understand more. i think its better to apply only 80 kitta as small investor .Very high chance to get more allotment but if small investor crosses more 40% of total investment in fpo then all investor will consider as same and big investor will win which is very rare case now days. If you are in confusion about whether to invest or not in NIB FPO ?i will say this will be one of the good investment for both short term and long term ,very safe stock that are going to be better stock with huge reserve ever among all banks. Its current price LTP -950 and FPO price -601 , don't you see any difference ? hahha Trust me its way better than global ime capital mutual fund investment. It has highest amount issue of around 5.50 arba rupees and very high chance of getting more allotment for both small and big investor . another plus point is Big investor like banks are not allowed to invest and its maximum application amount is only12 crore (only 2lakh kittas). Bottom line -don't miss the opportunity ,let see how much will be subscribed?. i predict less than 25 arba .lesser the subscription better the allotment good luck

Same as others.
So 10-80 shares are small investor since the price is Rs 601. (Rs 601 * 80 = Rs 48,080)
