nav is most important thing in Mutual fund investment, usually they increase their NAV as time passes by and gives dividend (max 10% so far)every year if they are in good profit . Mutual fund are usually good for new and Naive investor .

Mutual funds gives out cash dividend annually like any others. At the end of the maturity period, they sell everything they have under the scheme and divide up the cash and pay it back to the unit holders equally minus any applicable taxes.
At the end of the maturity period if the net asset value (NAV) is, lets say Rs 15, they you will get Rs 15 per unit, i.e. Rs 5 (minus tax) more than you put in. If the NAV is, lets say Rs. 9, then you have made a loss of Rs 1 per unit (no tax since you made loss). Yo mUtal fund harule Rs.10 lai 5 barsama 25 banauchu bhannu ko artha ke ho? harek barsa dine dividant bata 25 puraune ho ki tyo bahayek pani 25 banaye firtha dine ho?
For eg. Yedi maile Rs. 20000 ko Face valuko shara paye bhane 5 barsa pachi %s. 50000 pauchu ki Rs. 20000 nai paune ho? Please explain in detail Thank you for your info in advance ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
