For manjuri nama, you can sign on few copies.
Then, you need doc. to open your dmat a/c. actually, your relative or family can do it for you. Then ask for demat cheque to sell. In both, the person who signed should sign. Then, ask the company where you opened document to get documents to send your certificate for demat. on one, you need to sign, which should be identical to your signature you signed to get the share. And on another, the sign of the person who signed on demat is needed. You will need two copies for one company share. Then photo, citizenship photocopy. You also have to be member at broker. Get required document for that too. Ask, broker and if possible your friend who regularly trades share. |

You need to get certificate. Get bonus, cash.
And to sell, you need to demat. Since you are not here. you need to send your signed documents. Get required documents from relative in Nepal. |

Dear all,
Actually I have some share of Bank of Asia but i have not collected my new share certificate after merger with NIC. Since 2012, I have not collected any dividend or anything from bank as I am abroad now. I would to request all my forum members, what should i do or how should i get my new certificate and dividends from bank or sell the share that own from abroad? Because of different circumstances, I won't be to back country for next few years, please suggest me some genuine thoughts. Thanking you all. |
