The information given by you SAHAS g is 100./. correct. Its current capital is 3.4 arb and planned to collect 2.5 arb from merger but after submitting the capital plan to NRB it is clarified that bfis should increase their capital on the equal ratio. Now merger process is likely to be ended and promoters are ready to invest as right share( according to its annual Report 2071). 4.97 Arab should be added to reach 8 arab within three years. according to this situation it should increase 1.7 Arab in fy 2071/72. So I hope at least 1:0.56 right share is going to be issued by the end of this fy, for that purpose it should call special agm.

i am wondering which one is better NBB or NMB or GBIME .. GBIME is 100rs less in the market and all can provide 20-25 percent bonus next year, So why not GBIME.
FYI i have few shares(200-300) of all three. |

Dear Sahas sir!
Thank you very much! I really appreciate your investment approach! Firstly I want to to introduce myself...Im very new investor I have not completed even a single year! I have not faced ups and down of nepse.. It was 917 while I debut . Im very small investor as well....more than 50 kitta to less than 500 kitta....I stay there.... I have 15 stocks in my portfolio . There is diversity in my portfolio as well. I have some(60%) long term investment. I play rest of stock for short term and mid term. I really love long term as well as short term play. I see fundamental aspects as well as technical aspects as well. I rarely have inside informations of any stock. .....Im mixed type na?? Lets see where I will reach, where my strategy drive me.. You can see Im panic somewhere and sometimes happy as well. Talking about vulnerability and sustainability.... I got nepse is a big plateform..lots of opportunities every trading hours.... There is no difference whether nepse is bullish or bearish.....Every time "we " can earn. I said nepse is big plateform..like the earth....see there maize grows in one season..millet in another...rice comes in another season. See the ftuits...mango season coming soon....fruits ...according to season.... Still there are fruits which are available in every seaso like banana. Have you got my point?? Now I want to buy a garden of mangos which are blossomed in this season. I will buy ornge garden while time will come! Im not that much rich who can hold mango ,banana etc.... Still I hold some evergreen fruits as well. There are different cycles in share market.Sometimes insurance ....sometimes hydro....c.bank. d.bank....micro finance...finance...etc...some are forever...evergreen... I like to keep evergreen stock for long run and play few for short run. Sustainability in share market.....??? Its very good approach...it sees very long horizon...its too long... Before talking sustainablity in share market,we should expect sustainable develoment of the country. For me our country it is volatile....and vulnerable as well.....it takes time....isn't it..... Everybody has their own approach/strategy ....and I respect your too... But who will win Lets see.....!! |

Thank you Pulkit Mausam sir,
Your assumption is right. I'm promoting NBB and other good stocks not only due to I own because (1) I dont want to see hard earned money of other investors should be lost . (2) I dont believe in leg pulling and unfair game. (3) I dont want to earn from each and every fluctuations (4) I want to see rational investors (5) I don't want to see the vulnerable, panicked and crashed market due to irrational investors. (6) I have seen suffering of investors. (7) I don't want to listen selfish word "I want to earn" I prefer "We want to earn" ( ![]() (9) I know my investment will not be lost and give return according to my expectation. (10) I want to sustain in the market for long term. Again I heartly thank you Mausam ji for your valuable comments, hope it should be continued ahead also. |

Dear Sahas sir!
I think you have been promoting nbb very well, its very good stock but I sharply downsized it coz I saw so many better stock in the market! I think nbb is settled around 550-570 for at least 2 months ,its right time to book profit for short term investor! But I know you are long term investor ! |

it will be good news for nbb share holder. but lets not get carried away by the news which is not officially confirm yet.(right share 50%- 100%) Sounds funny
![]() ![]() Don't forget bangladesh bank IFIC bank holds more than 40% holdings of total NBB holdings,so final decision will be theirs. Either way , i still think future of nbb is bright. ![]() ![]() |

Merger with Reliabe is already cancelled and since there is no any partner of merger, the bank has only way to increase capital i.e. by right n bonus shares.
NRB Governor has openly green signaled the capital increment by issuing right n bonus shares. Congrats to all nbb share holders « Last edit by SAHAS on Sat Feb 20, 2016 8:18 pm. » |

NEXT DAY I SWEPT; IT STARTED TO INCREASE!
Still I have bonus nearly hundred! I have put its money in sicl ; have to wait for few months did I do good or not! If merge is true I will be in plus if right is true I could be minus as well. But I have chosen the emerging leader of general insurance stock "SHIKHAR" for long term. Time will tell... |
