after right (515+25)/1.25=432
after bonus 432/1.2=360

Adjusted price I calculated turned out to be wrong. Used to be close.

Rumour says sadbl merge araniko , i think it is should good for sadbl holder,might be swap 100:80.

I had checked its official website and confirmed about right share only.
I think like skbbl after few days of right book closed bonus will be declared(rarified?)

Shangrila's notice only talked about right book close.

I dont remember about book closing for bonus in the past or adjusted rate.

Saugat Ji, I think Sangrila book close is for both right and bonus. Rate adjusted could be around 310. Price could hover around 350. Depends upon BS and nepse too.

I heard, BS will be better.

Buying alpine may not be a good decision. I think max alpine could get 100 or even less. its eps is just 14.5.
after adjustment 360. price could drop due to eps unless BS is great.

Today, mahalaxmi and BHBL both increased a lot. Wonder why???

Im confused some say the merge of sadbl with araniko but only few say with aldbl???

Lets assume sadbl and aldbl merge! What could be the swap ratio?

Today aldbl closed 471 and sadbl 515,tomorrow after right adjustment sadbl will be 432, sadbl still left 20% bonus and 23% bonus of aldb ,isn't it?
Will both go merge after bonus adjustment?
If their swap 1:1 then I think sadbl holder will be benifited!

What could be the last price of aldbl before and after book close??
lets guess it will 500 before and after 406!

I guess Kalika will certainly touch 3000 coz bonus is left to declare and 10% is almost confirmed .

Im following one of low paid up stock slbbl....its not availabe in the market! Its price will reach 3000 any time! Waiting to capture in right time and when money will come in my hand.

Aldbl may not get more than 100 shares, so price wont reach 500 cause Shangrila's adjusted price will be well below 500.

Is it mfl??? or aldbl?or else?
I see rumour spreading of merge of sadbl and araniko but don't know!
I think aldbl price will touch easily 500 and will sette around that.
I noticed in time but game played and scarcity was made!

I guess ebl report will sharply decrease in this quarter because of the following reasons:
# In this quarter EVEREST will include bonus share in its paid up.
# It had very poor Q1 report (Out of 36 karod net profit 5 karod was from write back but its previous year Q1 was excellent coz last year Q1 net profit was 39 karod it means 20%+ negative growth)
# Everest business relates mostly India coz it is Indian bank which is affected by blocade!
Still ebl is one of the best script which could be safer stock for longterm since it has good reserve .Though I guess its eps will fall sharply (I think between 50-60)!
There could come buying opportunity for ebl in this quarter !
Still big players( ie mutual funds) have highest investment in ebl .

Saugat ji, Problem with small companies is their most of the shares are with big player and they manipulate the price. Its EPS is 16 and price is 300+.

Aldbl has a rumor about merger with sangrila may be that is why price is high.

Nabil will do good.

I am waiting for NBB's balance sheet.

You are already in profit in Kalika, It looks like players are trying to take it to pass 2000 looks better than mirmera.

Let's wait and see.

Mahalaxmi has good bs in Q2 of the fiscal year.
Bonus share adjusted and eps lowered to 8% apprx.
Total net profit seems due to core business coz q2 shows no write back.
A very good profit growth(107% comparing q1 profit,and 82% correspondence quarter of the last fiscal year) and lowering npl(just 0.52% ).Hence fundamentally it is awesome !😎😎😎
When I was keen in aldbl but desperate due to no supply in the market.
Still not good balance sheet in q2 ,the major portion of the profit seems due to write back.
But I was tempted due to its offer of high bonus in such cheap price ie yesterday 380 of aldbl.
The great mistake (can I say blunder?) I assumed bonus 15% was left!But
bonus was distributed and adusted price was 266!
I paid such a huge increment(rs.40) in small price stock!
I realised that it is now in correction mode, I guess the price will fall down and will hover around my price(306).
This is okay for mid term investment but I will certainly miss ipo.......

Saugat Ji, I dont know about MahaLaxmi Finance. Looking at BS- Looks fine, May go for merger with good company.

Ashrav Ji, I dont know about BHBL too. Just checked the BS, BS is not consistent, looks dangerous. Got two option, merger or become micro. Price is high, so even go for merger, preset buy could loose.

Actually, I like second quarter report of CBL, last year to second quarter best thyo CBL ko life ma. tesaile 11% less vho compare garda tara fourth ra this year ko first sanga compare garda very good especially since there was earthquake and blockade.
