Gentlemen mero Namaskar, large cap bank lai pani 2billion capital bhako lai acquire garna garo huncha. So what I think is they will merge with a commercial bank. As far as merger with development banks is concerned it will take 5-6 of them to merge to accomplish their target 8 billion so merger only with development bank is also out of question. So who are the banks left? They are CCBL CZBIL KBL LBL LUBL. These will be ones it will be merging with. I hope you gentlemen know about CBL being in talks with ILFC for possible merger.

Hamro bazar bado achamma lagcha. Yo dmat chalkhel le pani bajar ek dum high garaeko ho. Cause now many people wont be able to sell their shares for atleast 2-3 weeks to take the market down.
Overall good for long run. I dont know the future of nepse right now. But i am not entering right now. 1990 ma ebl bechera 2800 ma uthaunu sakdina. Handsome dividents are coming. Though. |

Who has been buying civil when every one else is after large cap, from today mid cap too?
I dont think it is possible, to merge three low cap banks. Best will be to go with large cap or mid cap. |

Shree5 ji and Laganikarta977 Ji, I hope so too.
Hope CBL is acquired by large cap if not then mid cap this year. If not this year then hope their income cross 45 crore and increase capital to 4 billion through right and bonus and get acquired next year. Everest, Nabil, sbi, hbl, prime, siddhartha, etc. NBB will acquire ncc and raise remaining 4 billion through right and bonus so no chance for cbl. |

Rising sun ji. Shree 5 ji namaste,
I agree with shree5 ji In the current circumstances and nature of events i dont see civil bank after 2 years. I maybe wrong but. I believe this is for the best. I also hope this banks gets acquired or megred with a bigger one or a dev bank who has a core competent mgmt of aggresive banking. We havent seen aggressive banking since mr pritvi pande of nibl long ago. Prvu ko aggresive acquisition only but will do farely wellsoon. Npl will go down yo rastra bank ko 2%boundary meet garna ini haru le 12 bajaera pani provision ghatauxan. Hope the best for this bank. It has given me more headache than any other bank in my portfolio. But it helped me learn. |

Rising Sun ji no one knows the future. It might not even survive till next year due to M&A pressure.

Because of its potential I have been choosing CBL over century, mega, janta, lumbini, NBL etc Laganikarta977 ji.
But always disappoints with NPL. It's interest rise is huge. Hope market looks at its interest rise not EPS. Next year, if its profit cross 45 crore. even if it gives 7BONUS and 25right. its eps will be 12+. |

Well not as high as i expected. But this is great repot. Cbl is growing better than other banks rising sun ji.interest income growth is the best indicator of growth.
At least 8-9 % dividend is confirmed. And suun ma suganda if merger. Chinta diyeko thiyo ali ali yo bank le. Aba mero remainig paisa saab recover with good profit hune aasha cha. Now i have hope. Win win situation . Aba badcha. |

I meat next is mid cap.
CBL made just 8eps, NPL grew by 12 crore. but great news is interest income has grown 24 crore which is huge and next year profit could cross 45 crore which can be comparable with mid cap. Current price is for 5eps, and cbl's eps is 8. If market focus on 24 crore extra interest income then price could grow a lot even before acquisition talk begins and/or bonus share is declared. By the way, if they recover 12crore before ashwin, can they increase profit in last year's BS since NRB has given such right for earthquake affected loan? |

I think low cap will give you 100-400% return during acquisition.
But trend is high cap, since high cap already increased, so next could be low cap. IF investors see the future opportunity from low cap then low cap should increase very soon or we have to wait till acquisition discussion starts. |
