I have a few questions regarding NHPC;

1. How many projects do they currently own?
2. How long until they have to hand these operating projects to the government?
3. How many projects are on the pipeline?

Kuro sahi ho shooting star ko...but we can say that NHPC is now in track....lets hope for the best...

Its a kind of positive news about NHPC ,no need to overjoy. But i dont think its price will go as high as 600.
Nobody trust NHPC ,otherwise its price would have gone to 200around.
They did this kind of thing many time and many investor had fallen into this kind of trap.
It is still risky stock as far as i know. I see some people want to sell their whole nhpc stock even with little profit.
****Remember some investor bought more than thousands of this stock 1 month back. They might Dump if price is suitable and you know what will happen then.
Pros
-sustainable small hydro project
-cheap price (there is a reason why cheap)

Cons
-already high Capital ,,means high shareholder,
-Cant give dividends soon enough (almost no stock bonus)
- 4quarter profit is 6Crore ,to give 10%B.S they have to earn atleast 15crore Net profit
- Cant trust board of directors
- this stock is not good for long term
-its price wont even cross 200 with current fundamental analysis
-its still below average .
-many more
