looking after second qtr financials in the following link:

we can see the net loss figure is of 9.5 mil at first quarter. They have wrong practice in presentation of Financials.

I see what you mean. I didn't look at the dates properly.

Usually the first column from left is for the last QTR and next for previous QTR. However, the report has it the other way round and maybe that is the confusion. I don't think the way they have compiled their report is standard practice in Nepal.

Net profit after tax is NPR 20.45 mil
Profit transferred to B/S is NPR 1.80 mil...............hoina ra..

Net profit after tax is Rs 9.5 million in the red according to the income statement table and profit/ loss transferred to the balance sheet is Rs 28 million in the red.
