I became to know the first transition of GDBL is NRs 113 on 17 July 2013 after book closed for right share 1:0.28. It is totally wrong because before book closed price is 147 per kitta. I think the first transition should be +/- 2% on the revised price NRs 137.

What is views of share masters, experts and other concerns share holders.................
