First of all MBL issuing 20% right share is not rumor, it is already passed from its AGM. Company is growing smoothly and is heading in the path towards one of the top banks of Nepal. Rest is your decision.

Is it good to buy MBL share at the current price. There is also a rumour that it is going to issue 20% right share. I went over the financial report of this company and found that the performance in the second quarter is also good compared to last year. Please advise!
