Investment in land provides you only with capital gain in long term. It is not for short term investment. Investment in shares will provide both capital gain and dividend in short, medium as well as long term. Investment in Land is not at all liquid. Shares are the most liquid form of asset and are negotiable and easily traded.

Now see the difference.... When you invest in shares, even though at the high price, you will get continuous return every year, and when the prices reaches at the level you purchased, you will make profit of equivalent returns that you have obtained from the company. When you invest in land, you will be in loss even though the price reaches at the level you purchased cuz your land does not multiply but rather will be less by some due to road expansion. Sharesma kamayeko paisale aafu gharjam garnako lagi jagga kinnu uchit ho tara solely for investment purchase is a no go. |

akhir land kasaile nabechi, kasaile kinne ta hoina. Bechne manchhe le pheri land nai kinna pani aafnao land bechne gardaina. Yesko matlab, land becheko kehi rakam ta share market ma pani aaoula.
Share market promotion garna dherai nikya haru purna kchamata le kaam gari raheka chhan. Ahile share merket hunu parne bhanda dherai tala chha Share Market ko briddhi ko lagi batarabaran ramro bandai gayeko chha Insurance companies, banks sabaile puji dobbar banaudai chhan Tesaile mero byaktigat sochai ma, share market ma lagani badhaune thik samay aayeko jasto lagchha |

actually money flow in that particular direction where it measures most profitable. sticking In single sector may not be wise decision for the
