Well said relate277. That is the reason why I hardly invest in land but always in stocks!

Investment in land provides you only with capital gain in long term. It is not for short term investment. Investment in shares will provide both capital gain and dividend in short, medium as well as long term. Investment in Land is not at all liquid. Shares are the most liquid form of asset and are negotiable and easily traded.
5 years aghi jaggako bhau high huda invest gareka haru ajhai loss ma nai chhan and they will continue to be in loss until the prices of land reaches to that high.
6 years aghi shares ko price high huda invest gareka haru profitma nai chhan when the prices of shares are around half of then. Now see the difference....
When you invest in shares, even though at the high price, you will get continuous return every year, and when the prices reaches at the level you purchased, you will make profit of equivalent returns that you have obtained from the company.
When you invest in land, you will be in loss even though the price reaches at the level you purchased cuz your land does not multiply but rather will be less by some due to road expansion.
Sharesma kamayeko paisale aafu gharjam garnako lagi jagga kinnu uchit ho tara solely for investment purchase is a no go.

growth of your wealth


In current situation land business may be best option.
price of land is in initial stage of bullish phase.
time to shift your investment from various sector to real estate sector.
