what is the reason behind higher falling rate of good companies than bad companies?

and that of mutual fund company and other clever investers are purchasing good companies shares as much in less amount. :P

Yes, you made good observation. I think it is due to BT and loan pressure. The shares of good and popular companies are plenty in BT and loan against them is higher. Therefore, people are under pressure to clean up BTs and pay back of the loan. This has resulted in sharp fall in price of good and popular companies. However, when the dust settles down, these companies will move up quite fast.
