Comparison is as follows:
1. SKBBL management was fool as they could have easily issued IPO at premium, whereas, RMDC was more smarter than SKBBL as they issued IPO at premium
2. As compared to above SKBBL has given more return than RMDC to its share holder.
3. As RMDC has issued IPO at premium it need not give additional right share whereas, SKBL has to issue right.
Conclusion : As compared with other microfinance like Nerude, Swabalam, Nirdhan etc. this two microfinance are worst from the point of view of shareholders as these are unable to give higher return. Nerude was able to give right share + 100 % bonus share.

Though i agree with you, i think you should check the reality too. Rmdc has eps around rs 35 , so the return of 31% is not too bad as it may sound. But compared to other companies it may be low. Aba eps nai low cha ta, bichara k garos !!
