What extra documents do we need to buy promoter shares?

In my opinion just hold on to NCCB, LBL, CHCL, CZBIL, MNBBL, EBL and NICA for some time and sell rest of the scrips, also like STRANGER said sell NABIL and buy NABILP and u may want to add some insurance scrips bcoz insurance sector is growing day per day.

Most of investors are in loss due to last time's instability in market.
but the day is comming for all investors who invested at last time's high peak.
I suggest sell NCC before book close. And other stocks just keep for a year, take these years dividend and sell next year.
..u will multiply ur profit 2 times than current loss.

Though the NEPSE Index continues to be green, I have been in loss due to poor portfolio management (?). I am holding shares of NBL, NBB,NCCB,LBL, CHCL, KBL,ADBL,MNBBL,CBL,CCBL, CZBIL,EBL,JBNL,MEGA,NABIL,NBF,NICA etc. Kindly suggest me which scrips shall I sell and which to buy to make profit??????
