NBB is not awesome but a better stock to Buy in current price.

25% was proposed by management but BOD refused the management's proposal.. this shows NBB is not very good for long term investment.

last year ko bonus share bitaran gari sakyo ta. maile sharvan ko last tira jasto lagchha certificate collect gareko ho. 175 kitta ko 17 kitta bonus share paya.

pahila saal ko 10% bonus share nai diyaa ko chainaa yeslaa kahilay diyo raa hann?? any idea pls help

At price of Rs. 600, its P/E ratio is at range of 16.
Any dip in price will create buying opportunities to many institutional investors and mutual funds.
But many retail investors who have very high expectation on bonus share may sell their share in short run.
Below 580 NBB is the best buy among all banking stocks.

22-25% dividend is sure. But as a combination of both cash and bonus.
But NBB is still very undervalued share. At least 650 should be its fair price irrespective of what amout it offers as dividend.

Congrats to shareholder... NBB management going to impressive divident.....today price flutuation by 6 .5 % .....soon in range of Rs.750.....cheers....
