I immediately consulted with my broker and found out that there was a error in my name when they entered my name for data entry during transfer. THIS IS IRRESPONSIBILITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL NOT ONLY FROM THE BROKER BUT ALSO FROM THESE SHARE TRANSFER PARTIES.

PLEASE MAKE SURE WITH YOUR SHARE MERCHANT FIRST BEFORE GOING TO THE BROKER AGAIN.
