It is because the investors are not mature and they even don't know their right. The buyer as well as the seller has the right to quote their price on every transaction. But most of the investors in stock exchange goes to the broker and tell them to have the transaction on the market price; which means they leave it to the broker and hence they take advantage of it. NEPSE has set the range to which the broker can increase or decrease the price on each transaction. So, the investors and traders should be mature to make the market stable.

1: Unless broker manipulate the price, I dont think anyone can do anything to them. Cause its their right to sell at cheaper price or higher price or not buy or sell their shares.

3: Can be done and we should put pressure on authority.

People are saying, brokers are involved in trading shares for themselves especially with our money... that's a huge crime and should be punished. Fine should be 10 times their transaction.

Brokers dont sell or buy our shares in time even when there is order or demand for such shares at market price- this is another crime.

Market needs more money so that no one could bring down the market at will. ARmy police fund, NRN investment are the best solution.
