Yes, this is the time to hold shares and if u have money buy good company share. Those who are selling in panic will regret soon. Rather than going after rumor try to analyze the current multiple +ve factors like; companies announcing dividend, economic condition, stable government, decreased interest rate etc

Dear Friends... Today i visited 13 broker company and found that all new investors are rushing to sell...sell and sell....plz...lets be optimistic...the time to cheer will come..
